Benefits and features: this tea from Georgia, known under the brand name Manna, stands out for its intense taste and is ideal to drink at any time of the day, as it promotes health and evokes pleasant feelings. The unique aroma of the tea is the result of the specific climatic conditions – the alternating temperatures between day and night and the combination of sea and mountain air. Tea is rich in antioxidants, essential oils, tannins, caffeine and vitamins P and C, which have been shown to have a positive effect on the heart, blood circulation and nervous system.

Preparation instructions: for ideal preparation, use one teaspoon of tea per 150 ml of warm water and leave it to infuse in a porcelain cup with a filter and lid. Adjust the right amount of tea to your personal taste. It is recommended to use one teaspoon per person per cup. In order to preserve the maximum aroma, the tea should be steeped in a closed container. In some cultures, the tea leaves are first steamed and then covered with hot water.
Due to the lower tannin content of Georgian tea compared to teas from tropical regions, its taste is milder and softer. You can therefore steep the tea for five minutes or longer to release all the beneficial substances and produce a delicious, non-bitter drink.
