How do we pack orders?
Each shipment is packed with the utmost care in quality packaging that ensures almost 100% protection of fragile goods from damage. Our goal is to ensure that the ordered goods arrive to you in perfect condition.
Procedure for packing the order:

- We check the visual condition of the goods before packing. We also check the expiry dates of foodstuffs.
- Individual packaging: each item is carefully packed separately to prevent mutual damage.
- We use quality materials: we only prepare shipments in 3- or 5-layer cardboard boxes, which provide sufficient protection against shocks during transport. We use inflatable sleeves, bubble wrap or mirelon to pack the items themselves. We fill the space in the box with cardboard staple or inflatable pads.
- Parcel marking: we mark each parcel with warning labels and‘fragile goods‘ tape to ensure that they are handled with due care during transit.

How do we pack larger parcels?
Larger orders are packed in a similar way, but for safety we separate them into multiple cartons to prevent damage to fragile goods or other products in the order. We pay for the shipping of each additional carton. Depending on the contents of your order, we may change carriers or deliver your order by Messenger courier, which specializes in shipping fragile goods throughout the Czech Republic. Each shipment is covered by insurance which is free of charge.
How do we pack larger orders?
Heavier and bulkier orders are shipped on pallets throughout the country and Europe. We have in stock up to 6 types of Euro pallets of different sizes, which allows us to transport large orders under favorable conditions.
We always wrap the pallet in transparent stretch film, glue warning labels and attach the necessary documents needed for possible inspection during transport.
