Terms of shipping

We offer several shipping options to ensure the greatest convenience and safety when delivering your orders.

  • Home delivery. We recommend using Messenger Courier for orders with larger quantities of fragile goods, as the company prides itself on manual handling of goods.

  • Packeta (Zasilkovna): allows you to pick up your order at the selected delivery point of the delivery company. 
  • GLS ParcelShop.
  • Larger orders. Prices for larger shipments are assessed on an individual basis.
  • Free shipping over CZK 2,000.
  • Delivery abroad.

Fragile goods

If the order contains a larger quantity of fragile goods, we pack the order in multiple cartons for safe delivery.

The customer can expect several shipments within one order. There is no charge for multiple deliveries.

We use quality packaging and fillers for wine bottles and other fragile goods. Here we describe the order packing process and show an example of how we pack fragile goods. 

In the event of damage to a shipment, our customers have free insurance to ensure that a new package is sent immediately after the case is reported.

Terms of payment

For your convenience, we offer several payment options:

  1. Online credit card: we accept VISA and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
  2. PayPal. 
  3. Bank transfer.
  4. Cash on delivery. ATTENTION: Refusal or non-acceptance of a COD shipment constitutes a breach of the purchase contract according to Section 2118 of the Civil Code.

The shipping price may vary slightly depending on the quantity, size or weight of the entire package. All charges are calculated automatically and displayed on the checkout page during the checkout process.
